Dream Incubator Southeast Asia (DI SEA)
We are Dream Incubator Southeast Asia (DI SEA), a wholly-owned branch of Tokyo-based Dream Incubator Inc. (DI) in Southeast Asia. DI opened its first Southeast Asian office in Vietnam in 2007, making it the regional headquarters for Southeast Asia.
Dream Incubator (DI), founded in 2000 by Koichi Hori, former President of the Boston Consulting Group in Japan, was established with the ambitious goal of creating 100 companies as impactful as Honda and Sony. For nearly 25 years, DI has adhered to this vision, employing a unique business model that blends strategic consulting with incubation—investing in both funds and startups within and outside Japan. This model aims to resolve social issues while fostering new businesses.

Our Strategy
DI enhances its offerings with three new service lines. “Industry Producing” focuses on creating value from the concept stage, “Business Produce Installation” aids in strategy execution, and “Global SX” aims to expand DI’s “Business Producing” globally. Additionally, the “Technology & Amplify” (T&A) service harnesses technology to amplify business value, offering comprehensive services from designing industry models to business expansion, alliances, and leveraging advanced technology for clients’ growth.
