Client Loyalty and Confidentiality
- We will act solely in the best interests of our clients, maintaining their confidentiality and avoiding conflicts of interest.
- We will not disclose confidential client information without proper authorization, even after the conclusion of a project.

- We will only accept assignments for which we have the necessary expertise and experience.
- We will be honest and transparent with clients about our capabilities and limitations.

Specific Guidelines
- Conflicts of Interest: We will identify and disclose any potential conflicts of interest to clients before accepting an engagement.
- Fees and Billing: We will provide clients with clear and accurate fee schedules and project budgets.
- Fair Dealing: We will treat all clients with fairness and respect, regardless of their size or industry.
- Marketing and Advertising: We will promote our services in a truthful and ethical manner.
- Public Statements: We will be careful not to make public statements that could be misleading or misrepresent our clients’ businesses.

Enforcement
- This code of conduct is mandatory for all consultants and staff of the firm. Violations of this code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Reporting Concerns
- Employees are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this code of conduct to their supervisor, a member of the management team, or through an anonymous reporting mechanism. All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially.
